Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made through the wehavehemp.com platform operated by Recreational LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Due to the nature of hemp products and applicable regulatory requirements, all sales are generally considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring that our wholesale partners receive products in the condition and quantities ordered, and we will work with you to resolve legitimate issues.

2. Eligible Return Circumstances

Returns or refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

2.1 Damaged Goods

If products arrive damaged due to shipping or handling, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Damage claims must include photographic evidence of the damaged product(s) and packaging. Do not discard damaged items or packaging materials until the claim has been fully resolved.

2.2 Incorrect Shipments

If you receive products that differ from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong strain, wrong quantity), we will arrange for a replacement shipment at no additional cost or issue a refund for the affected items.

2.3 Product Defects or Quality Issues

If a product does not meet the quality standards described on the Platform or does not match the corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA), you may request a return. Quality claims must be supported with specific details and, where possible, photographic or laboratory evidence.

2.4 Missing Items

If items are missing from your shipment, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the missing product(s). We will investigate the claim with our shipping carrier and, once verified, ship the missing items or issue a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, repackaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
  • Products that have been stored improperly (e.g., exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight) resulting in degradation.
  • Orders where the Buyer provided an incorrect shipping address, resulting in delivery issues.
  • Products returned without prior authorization from Recreational LLC.
  • Claims submitted after the 48-hour reporting window (see Section 4 below).
  • Custom or special-order products manufactured or packaged to the Buyer's specifications.

4. Reporting Timeline

All claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a claim, contact us at orders@wehavehemp.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product(s)
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging (for damage claims)
  • Any other supporting documentation

Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, but we cannot guarantee that late claims will be honored.

5. Return Process

Do not return any product without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Recreational LLC. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

The return process is as follows:

  1. Submit a Claim: Contact us at orders@wehavehemp.com within 48 hours of delivery with the required information.
  2. Claim Review: Our team will review your claim and respond within two (2) business days with a determination and, if approved, an RMA number along with return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Return: Package the product(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and ship to the address provided. For approved claims due to our error (damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or defective products), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will inspect them to verify the claim. If the inspection confirms the reported issue, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.

6. Refund Details

6.1 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout (processed through Clover). If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

6.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within five to ten (5–10) business days after we receive and inspect the returned product(s), or after the claim is approved in cases where a return is not required (e.g., missing items). Please allow an additional three to five (3–5) business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only a portion of the order is affected (e.g., some items arrived damaged while others are in good condition). Partial refunds will be calculated based on the wholesale price of the affected items.

6.4 Replacements

Where appropriate and subject to product availability, we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund. Replacement shipments will be sent at no additional charge, including shipping costs.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to damaged goods, incorrect shipments, or product defects, Recreational LLC will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • Buyer's Discretion: In the rare event that a return is accepted for reasons other than our error, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at orders@wehavehemp.com with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

9. Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of a return or refund claim, please contact us at orders@wehavehemp.com to discuss the matter further. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes in good faith. All disputes are ultimately subject to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The return and refund terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
