Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Recreational LLC, doing business as We Have Hemp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), ships all wholesale orders placed through the wehavehemp.com platform via UPS, facilitated through our logistics partner EasyPost. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery timelines, and important information regarding the receipt of your wholesale orders.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within one to two (1–2) business days after payment has been received and verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the UPS website or through the Platform.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via UPS. The following estimated delivery timelines are based on standard transit times after an order has been processed and handed off to UPS:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Recreational LLC. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors beyond our control. UPS service guarantees may apply for select services; refer to the UPS website for details.

The shipping method available for your order and the associated cost will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your shipment.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated in real time during checkout based on the following factors:

  • Total weight and dimensions of the order
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Shipping rates are displayed before you finalize your order, so there are no surprises. Promotional free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the Platform.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • International destinations
  • P.O. Boxes (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes)

It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that hemp products can be legally received in the destination state and locality. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where the legality of hemp products is uncertain or where shipping such products may violate applicable law.

6. Wholesale Order Packaging

All wholesale orders are packaged securely using appropriate materials to protect product integrity during transit. Packaging practices include:

  • Discreet Packaging: All shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no external labeling that identifies the contents as hemp products.
  • Product Protection: Individual items are wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage during transit. Temperature-sensitive products (such as edibles and seltzers) may include additional protective packaging during warm weather months.
  • Compliance Documentation: Where required, shipments include Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and other compliance documentation inside the package.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting ups.com/track and entering your tracking number
  • Checking the order details in your account on the Platform

If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@wehavehemp.com and we will investigate with UPS.

8. Delivery and Inspection

Title to and risk of loss for all products passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the UPS carrier. However, we strongly recommend the following upon delivery:

  • Inspect Immediately: Examine the exterior of all packages for visible signs of damage before signing for delivery.
  • Document Damage:If the packaging appears damaged upon arrival, photograph the exterior and interior of the package before opening it. Note any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt if possible.
  • Verify Contents: Compare the items received against your order confirmation to ensure all products and quantities are correct.
  • Report Issues Promptly: Any claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details on how to file a claim.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If UPS tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  2. Check with other individuals at your business location who may have accepted the delivery.
  3. Look for a UPS InfoNotice that may indicate an alternative delivery location or reattempted delivery.
  4. Contact UPS directly to initiate a package investigation.
  5. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at orders@wehavehemp.com and we will work with UPS to investigate the matter.

Recreational LLC is not liable for packages that are confirmed delivered by UPS but reported as not received. Resolution of such claims is subject to UPS's investigation and policies.

10. Address Accuracy

It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Recreational LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the Buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

Address changes after an order has been submitted may not be possible once the shipment has been processed. Contact us immediately at orders@wehavehemp.com if you need to modify a shipping address before your order ships.

11. Signature Requirements

Depending on the value of the order and the shipping destination, a signature may be required upon delivery. If a signature is required, UPS will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after the carrier's standard number of attempts, it will be returned to Recreational LLC. In such cases, the Buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. The shipping terms in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.
